Particular importance is given to the countries running for EU membership, those from the Euro-Mediterranean area, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia and, more generally, the new Economies and Economies in transition.
Indeed the leaders of those countries need more and more knowledge and experience sharing, but also to create and strengthen their personal networks in order to improve their relations with foreign governments, their administrations and international political and financial institutions.
They also need to continuously train their closest Advisors, those who are by their side daily in the exercise of their duties.
